Siguiente Capital AB (publ.) offers several years of global know-how and knowledge from Investing as well as experience from the IT sector, the Pharmaceuticals’ industry and the Telecom business.

Mr. Torbjörn Nordberg – Chief Executive Officer
For about twenty years, Torbjörn Nordberg (born in 1962) has been active as a tax and company lawyer as well as a business economist focusing on corporate finance transactions in small and middle-sized companies. Since November 2009, Torbjörn has been responsible for finance and law in Siguiente Capital AB and on April 1, 2011, he became the company’s CEO.

Mr. Fredrik Buch – Chairman
Mr. Buch (born in 1954) has an extensive investor experience from working as fund commissioner at the Swedish Bank SEB, as well as partner in Brilleon Capital (Switzerland) and HealthCap. Moreover Mr. Buch holds several other director positions at corporations such as Alpha Helix AB (Publ.) and Selectica Pharmaceuticals AB.

Mr. Jakob Lindquist – Non executive Director
Jakob Lindquist (born in 1975) has an extensive background from executive search and business development. He started his career as an account manager at a media company while studying business at Stockholm University. After that he entered the executive search arena where he after a few years became head of international research at Fairchild International drawing up research strategies for multiple international recruitments. From there on, focus has been placed on project management and business development.

Jakob has played an active role in Siguiente Capital since January 2007.
